Been sorting out my external hard drive and came across a picture I took a while back. Its of Greenwich Naval museum with Canary Wharf in the background. Its a bit boring so thought I would have a play and make a mini planet. Hope you like it.
Sports Day

Yesterday was sports day for Andrews school. Every year they do the tunnel race, skipping, jockey race and finally running. Andrew has never been much of a skipper. but he didn’t come last so that was good. However running – wow did he move – can came in first. He was delighted and so were we – Well done Drew.

My grandson continues to amaze and delight me. He is chatting away now and can let you know exactly what he wants. He loves a dance and he is still in love with his dummy. His mum and the nursery are trying to gradually ween him off so decided that although I am looking forward to him not needing his dummy I would get a photograph that I can tease him with when hes older.
Birthday Party Fun

I had the very great pleasure to be asked to take photographs at the Birthday celebrations of ‘ Coops’ and Jamie. Although Jamies first birthday was earlier in the year it was decided to postpone his celebrations till the summer which meant that father and son could enjoy a joint celebration.
The weather stayed fine and we enjoyed the grounds at Greenwoods Hotel in Stock. As well as a soft play area, face painter and balloon modeller there was a fantastic chocolate fountain which was a real favourite with kids and adults alike, but did lead to quite a few photogrpahs of kids with chocolatey faces and clothes.

Helen came a long to Cheryl Johnsons Bootcamp with her 5 week old baby to model for us. She was such a good girl and a very willing model.

Well Bootcamp is over, so its back to water-drops LOL . No really they are great fun and when I am short of photography models its great to be able to try and get the water-drops colliding – well tonight – SUCCESS.
Totally happy with this one so I hope you like it.
Feelgoodphotos – Bootcamp 2

WOW – what a weekend. This weekend I had the very great pleasure to assist Cheryl Johnson of Feelgoodphotos at Bootcamp again. It was fantastic to see some familiar faces and also to meet some new ones. Venue this year was a little further north in Daventry. The venue was Staverton Park where we all met up on Friday afteroon. After 3 long days. sessions with a baby, family, wedding couple, and Rambo Rick we all left on Sunday evening. I thought it would be nice to share a little bit of what we got up to.

Strange Fruit

At Canary Wharf they have open air performances throughout the summer. Today an Australian performing arts group called Strange Fruit performed. They climb poles about 25 ft high then swing between bells which they hit with hammers. Somehow they manage to time their swings so that they actually hit the bells at the right time and in the right order to make music.
